All fees are billed in and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

TGT reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription features with prior notice.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TGT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

All content, software, code, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through our Services remain the exclusive property of TGT.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

7. Service Availability & Support

We strive to keep our Services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. From time to time, maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime. Technical support is available to users with active subscriptions through .

8. SMS/Text Messages Policy

If you opt into SMS notifications, you may receive texts related to account activity, billing, system alerts, and promotional offers.

11. Termination of Services

12. Account Cancellation, Transfers & Maintenance

Cancellation Notice


Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing email notice to [email protected] at least five (5) business days prior to their next billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted less than five business days before the billing date may result in the next billing cycle being charged before cancellation takes effect.

Account Transfer to Another GoHighLevel Agency


If you choose to transfer your GoHighLevel sub-account to another agency, a $50 administrative transfer fee will apply.

To complete the transfer, you must provide the receiving agency’s GoHighLevel Agency ID.

Transfer requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle and prior to canceling your account. Once an account is canceled, transfers may no longer be possible.

Inactive Account Maintenance (Optional)


If you would like your account to remain inactive but not deleted, we offer an account maintenance option for $25 per month.

This maintenance fee allows your account data, assets, and configurations to remain stored within the system while your access and active services are paused.

Accounts without an active subscription or maintenance arrangement may be subject to deletion at our discretion.

Billing Policy


All subscription payments are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts or arbitration forums of Michigan.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
